CHRISTMAS COCKTAILS

Clementine gimlet

Ingredients:

• 40ml Gin

• 20ml Clementine Juice

• 15ml Clementine Syrup

Method:

Build-in shaker, over ice.
Stir 20 times to chill and double strain into a Martini Coupe.
Add a twist of clementine zest.

Christmas martini

Ingredients:

• 35ml Gin infused with Christmas tree tips for 12hrs

• 30ml Vermouth

Method:

Build-in shaker, over ice.
Stir 25 times to chill and double strain into a Martini Coupe.
Add a long twist of lemon and 1 olive.
