WE’re LOOKING FOR A

BRAND COMMUNITY MANAGER

We’re joyriding across Europe in 2022 with even more legends of cycling and gastronomy, and we’re looking for someone to help look after all our amazing base of joyriders.

 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll be in charge of looking after our awesome community with beautiful visual comms campaigns that get them excited and prepared to joyride. Initially you’ll manage email campaigns and comms to our database of prospective, current and past guests; communicating upcoming experiences, preparing them with information about their trips, and sharing unique joyriding content with them. We’re looking for a hospitable person with a good design eye, some knowledge of managing email campaigns, and a unique tone of voice.

The role is mostly digital and WFH, but you’ll be coming on tour with us to scope out and assist the wider team in creating content with some of the worlds best cycling and culinary destinations. This is perfect for a junior creative marketeer/designer who wants the freedom to shape the way we look, feel and sound to our base, all while also getting to ride and dine with some of the greats. We’re a small team right now, so we’re looking for someone will grow into the role as we grow quickly. In the long-run the job can be what you make it.

Salary: £28,000 Pro-Rata

Role Type: Part-time. Minimum 24 hours per week, however, depending on the design skills of the person, the scope of the role could be extended to full-time/40hrs per week.

 

THE IDEAL PERSON WILL BE

An enjoyer of the best things in life. Namely cycling and top-level gastronomy.

An adaptable creative. With good design skills and strong attention to detail.

A good writer. With a tone of voice that speaks to ours and our guests joyriding mindset.

Digitally minded. Knows the lay of the digital land across platforms, and has ideally looked after digital communities before.

Confident around big names. They’re people just like us. They won’t bite. 

Hard Skills

Email Skills - Some of knowledge of Mailchimp/Klaviyo/Hubspot or any other platform is needed. Having previously managed email marketing campaigns and customer data on a CRM platform would be very beneficial.

Design Skills - Some graphic design skills are a must, and the ability to use Adobe suite or Figma will be needed. Any basic creative skills in motion, animation, illustration, video editing are a big bonus, and could expand the scope of role.

Copywriting skills -  A strong writer with a personable storytelling mindset, and an intelligent and witty tone of voice.  

Prior experience working in hospitality/events/festivals is a definite bonus, but not a must.
