Our tour across the stunning vineyards of Champagne this October celebrated two cycling and gastronomy’s biggest icons. We rode with the greatest rider to ever take to the bike, Eddy Merckx, then relaxed with a menu created by the chef patron of 2 Michelin star Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Raymond Blanc OBE. This was certainly one for the scrapbook.
